So for Valentines Day, we went and saw Coheed & Cambria at the Ogden. That’s what these pics are.
The show its self was AMAZING. But it’s Coheed so when isn’t it?
I wish I could have gotten better shots of Travis and Zack. But Travis was too far away and the security guy was in the way of Zack.
The most romantic thing about this concert though was the way my wife stood behind me. She’s about 5 inches shorter than me but she put me up against the guardrail and planted herself behind me to hold back the crowd from running into me so that I could enjoy the visuals.
I’m going to put our opinions out there. They really rocked it out despite how hot and tired they looked. Hell, it was past midnight and I was exhausted after waiting to see them for 4 hours. But Claudio just doesn’t seem to love “Welcome Home” anymore. And I can’t really blame him. He has to close so many shows with that song. I could be wrong, I also feel like Denver just doesn’t give the band as much love as we could. I really wish I could afford to travel more and see them at other venues. I really feel like we bore them.
Also, the crowd kept getting Blaze’s name wrong. I apologize to him on behalf of Denver. Blaze, I know your name isn’t Dave. And I think you’re awesome.
